About Logistics Fee and Customs Clearance Costs:

For all orders from all countries in the world (excluding Brazil, India, Chile, because Brazil, India and Chile customs require nationals to bear customs clearance costs), the customs clearance fee is borne by Gpetr.

All orders of Gpetr will provide fully registered logistics services, with tracking number for each order.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

All orders will be sent out from our warehouse within 3-5 business days after you place them.

After handling time,.Our standard delivery timeframe is 5- 10 business days.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

WHERE DOES Gpetr DELIVER?

We  provide worldwide shipping.

 U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 3-5 business days period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
