Returns

• To begin initiating a return,make sure to contact us within 14 days after your package has been delivered(according to the tracking information provided).Please contact our customer support team at contact@gpetr.com to get the address of return.

• To be eligible for a return,your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.It must also be in the original packaging.

• Please be reminded that return shipping costs are customer's responsibility.Gpetr will compensate the cost for the return shipping fees with store credit up to US$10.

• Gpetr cannot track or assume responsibility for return shipments lost in transit. We recommend using traceable shipping methods.

Refund

• If your item arrives damaged, please email photos/video of the damage to contact@gpetr.com. Our team will review within 24 hours,if the product is damaged we will be happy to send you a replacement, give you a credit that you can use to purchase any product in our store, or full refund upon verification.

• We make every effort to ship your product ON TIME and ACCURATELY. When mistakes do happen, our dedicated Customer Care professionals are here to help.

If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date that your order has been placed,Our team will offer a replacement or full refund upon verification.

• Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
